Minimum Two Night Stay

Reservation Deposit Policy:

A 50% deposit will hold your reservation. 100% of the reservation cost is due six weeks prior to arrival.

Reservation Cancellation Policy:

Your deposit minus a 10% service charge ($45.00 minimum) will be returned if your cancellation is received 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. Cancellation 4 weeks or less prior to your arrival date, will have forfeiture of 50% of your total reservation cost.  If you cancel with less than 4 weeks notice and we are able to fill the unit you have reserved, there will only be a 10% service charge ($45.00 minimum).

Payment and Confirmation:

Money orders, personal checks and credit cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCharge and Discover).
 

Reservation confirmations and room key information  will be mailed to you, and further information packet upon receipt of 100% of payment.

Check In / Check Out Times:

Check In time is 3:00 P.M. Check Out Time is 11:00 A.M.

Room Rates include daily maid service. Horse drawn taxi's are available at the boat docks, or at the Taxi Center. When ordering a Taxi give the destination as follows:  "Oakwood Building at Stonecliffe".

These Suites are beautifully decorated, and furnished in Forest Green with accents of pink and ivory. Even  though these are privately owned condo's we have arranged for your enjoyment with amenities of a Hotel / Resort, with cable TV, daily maid service.

Please there is no smoking in the suites. No pets are allowed. Barbecuing on balconies is not allowed.
